Has Windows EVER diagnosed anything correctly!!!

So, I'm playing NFS:The Run and it suddenly freezes and bombs out.

But besides this, a Windows diagnostics box pops up that seemingly wants to help. It scans ... and cannot fix it.

My question ... has Windows ever automatically fixed anything?

And I'm talking about network issues too. So many times have a Windows diagnostics dialogue box popped up and then eventually helped nothing.

I've had Windows correct network issues occasionally or at least notify me what's wrong. For example, I entered a wrong digit in my DNS server and Windows told me to check DNS settings.

I had a router that would cause problem with automatic assigned IP and sleep and windows could fix that (just needed to release/refresh the IP).

Actually sometimes if you look things up in the logs it does come up with possible solutions. They are usually very generic though.
