What we're looking forward to seeing and playing at E3 (http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2012/06/what-were-looking-forward-to-seeing-and-playing-at-e3/)
In advance of E3's official start on Tuesday, Electronic Arts will be presenting its traditional pre-E3 press conference on the afternoon of Monday, June 4*at 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time (GMT-7??see when the liveblog starts in your own timezone (http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=EA+pre-E3+press+conference&iso=20120604T13&p1=137)).

EA is expected to reveal upcoming entries in major franchises including Dead Space,*Crysis,*and Medal of Honor, as well the previously announced SimCity title (http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2012/03/maxis-announces-new-simcity-for-2013/) due next year. The major publisher will probably highlight a new year of EA Sports titles and new features for The Old Republic MMO, which has been losing subscribers (http://arstechnica.com/gaming/2012/05/ea-the-old-republic-has-lost-nearly-one-quarter-of-its-subscribers-since-march/) since peaking earlier in the year.

Ars Gaming Editor Kyle Orland (that's me!) will be on hand to provide all the news as it happens in a liveblog on this very page, so be sure to redirect your browser here at the appointed hour.
