Now rename all those programs to something different and the 5600 scores an amazing 1/3 of the original score.

BTW: I only scored 4000+ on 3Dmark 03 with a 9700 Pro.
Not oc/ed.
I dont believe a non-Dx 9 card could even come close.

How can you brag about benchmark score when you're running a known set of benchmark cheating drivers?
(BTW-I got 5800 on my 9700 Pro on 3dm2k3...but she was OCed like a mofo. ;) )

with the 4403 drivers under 3dmark 2001 i scored a 12,300, so these drivers are slower!

This poor dude comes onto an Nvidia forum to share his benchmark scores, and gets a bunch of griping remarks from the ATi heads.
You guy's should feel complete:rolleyes:

I love it! I can play all my games, with smooth framerates. It cost me 149.99 at bestbuy. Not bad for this card!

3dmark 2001 with 4403 was 2,685. The 51.75 drivers are stable and fast on my machine who cares if nvidia turned them up for direct x 9.0. All companies Nvidia and Ati cheat a little--lets get over it and start playing and enjoying our cards! :p

They are lowing IQ on Dx8 in some cases as well as DX9.
BUT... Having said that.....
Everyone has the right to Enjoy the products they buy. If You are totally happy with your card thats great.
(I would caution you though that if you have any hopes of playing HL2 with full DX9 effects (Which you can do with a 9600pro) you may want to consider a trade in)

I get ~4700. However the R9700 is (still) much more expensive than the FX5600Pro. So the comparison is not really honest:D
