My system specs are....

AMD 1600mhz
Geforce 3 ti200
256MB PC3200

I know I don't have a ton of ram and I don't have a strong video card but when I play a few games the performance is unplayable (planetside with settings on LOW LOW LOW LOW everything LOW lol) and (desert combat bf1942 mod is choppy)

I mean it shouldn't hit like 1fps I'm just curious when I boot up my bios says memory is running at 200mhz is this right? I have no clue on how or if I can tweak it at all. Anyone out there who could help me out?

It appears I run out of memory when I play games :o.

My old pc133 ram and old asus motherboard ran better than this :o.

No it's not right your memory and FSB should run at 266MHz NOT 200MHz 133MHz x 12 = 1600Mhz (XP2000+) 100MHz x 12 = 1200MHz. You have to set your FSB to 133MHz for it too run correctly.

Yes, you need to change that in your BIOS. Set the bus speed to 133 and the multiplier to 12 as Dazz said and you should be good to go. You should see some speed boost. Anything else for low performance can be attributed to your video card and 256 mb of system memory (if you're running Windows XP).

or lower. it really doesn't matter if you run RAM lower. it slows the comp down if the RAM and cpu are out of sync

Yeah set your memory devider to 1/1.

what is a memory divider? lol...

it defines what your memory runs at compared to the FSB, 1/1 would mean 266mhz proc with 266mhz RAM or wotevah

There should be an option in bios for increasing the ratio like 2:3, 1:1 etc.
