Yep, that setting was released after I stopped developing RadLinker. Maybe I'll continue developing it after I break down and buy a new card as my old AIW Radeon 7200 makes it very difficult/impossible to test the settings on the latest 9xxx cards. I'm surprised I've been able to support so many cards to date as most of the code is just theoretical from my point of view.
ATI should just outsource their profile software to you.
Something that rarely gets commented on is 2D quality. I just hooked up two of my PC's via a KVM (one with a Radeon, one with a GeForce), and my desktop just looks so much better with a Radeon!
Good to see 3D isn't the only thing on their minds.
Heck, the only issue I've ever had is that the ATI drivers are a little more tricky to cleanly remove than nVidia ones. Hopefully the uninstall program will fix that (if only it were in the main driver package rather than on a sub-page).
CATALYST MAKER, how were you able to reproduce that bug you just fixed?
What was the main cause?
Why is it that some people have it while others don't have it?

It probably have to do with what kind of card do you have
EXAMPLE
Saphirre cards maybe have it but Powercolor cards not
These is only happening with the POWERED BY ATI cards ..Am i right????
I use a Powercolor Radeon 9700 Pro. It's powered by Ati and I didn't get the problem.
I use a Powercolor 9800pro and i have not these problem either
Looked through this and other threads, probably just overlooked it being mentinoed before...
Is AA broken in 3.8s? I cannot get AA to work for UT2K3 or Morrowind for example. For some of Humus's 3D demos, however, AA does seem to work just fine.
Tested with MOA and it works fine so OpenGL AA does work?

No it is not broken
Are you mean FsAa???
in some Games ATI AA is not supported for a unknown reason
and is dsabled by default
Example Commanche 4,Delta force Black hawk down etc
I do not know the reason but it seems that "Nvidia and the way is meant to be played" with these games have to do something with that
Having migrated from my old trusty GF3 TI500 to a brand new R9600 Pro, I'm both pleased and disapointed at the same time.
I'm quite happy with the performance of this card and extremely pleased with the IQ. On the other hand, the bugs that keep cropping up (mostly harmless, except for Homeworld 2 that crashes every time) are distressing me.
As it is now, if I had to decide again, I don't know if I'd choose this card again instead of the 5600 Ultra. But now that I did, ATI has 18 months before time for upgrading comes again for me to improve its driver support. When that time comes, I'll decide again what brand of card is fit to upgrade my PC.
About these drivers, besides the bugs, I can't say whether they're for the best or for the worst, since they are the first I ever tried. Any suggestin on previous drivers that can be better for me are most welcome.

And ONCE AGAIN my Plug and Play Monitors have turned into Default Monitors, taking my refresh rates to hell with them.
Argh. Ultra-annoying problem.

Weird. Works fine on my LCD, shows up as plug and play and Rage3D Tweak's refresh rate override does just that.

Well yeah. I removed them, rebooted, my old refresh rates are back.
This is the monitor killing bug, I am convinced.
