OK, I've got access to a dual xeon running windows 2003. Whenever I open up task manager, and check out the processor usage, the "average" says something like 50% but when I look at the individual graphs, 2 are rather high, like 60% each and the other 2 are around 20% but flucuate a lot. When determining the actual usage, should I basically ignore the two that are seeing smaller usage or add them all up and divide by 4 or what?
