I have a Asus Geforce4 ti 4600 ultra-deluxe ,
It has a DVI connector That is used for the Svideo/Component cables,
I have an IBM P260 21" monitor that supports DVI , an dhas dvi cables

ive tried plugging in the dvi cable between one of my monitors inputs and the Geforces DVI output.. but On boot I get no display...

What do i need to do to get this working?

Can anyone help?..

Sometimes you won't get a display until you hit the Windows Desktop. I've never used a CRT with a DVI port, but you might have to actually look for a button or a switch to enable DVI. Make sure you set your VGA connection on the card to Standard VGA and the reboot with nothing connected but your DVI cord to your monitor.
