I'm getting HORRIBLE framrates with my new GeForce FX 5200....

I realize it's not a "great card" card, but it's running REALLY slow. Way slower than my Geforce 3 Ti200.

I've tried all kinds of drivers and even a fresh install of WinXP.

3DMark 2001SE Scores @ default settings:

GeForce 3 Ti200 = 7,000

GeForce FX 5200 = 4,500

What the hell??? Is it supposed to be running that slow???

The FX 5200 supports AGP 4x/8x......my mobo is 4x.....could that be the problem?

Any help (except "buy a new card") would be appreciated :d

My Specs:
WinXP (with all the updates)
Athlon XP 2000+
ECS K7S5A Pro (with all the latest mobo drivers)
512mb PC2100 RAM
GeForce FX 5200 128mb
Lame-Ass Integrated Sound

Your problem has nothing to do with 4X AGP. How do games play? Tried anything other than 3dmark?

America's Army runs like a slide show. FPS in the low 20's and 30's @ 1024x768. I used to get in the 50's and 60's.

I've run Vulpine GL Mark, 3D Mark 03, and AquaMark 3.....all run like crap.
