Mobile CPUs Need Benchmarks

Im gonna buy small SUBNOTEBOOK , they come with four different CPU types

1. 600A Celeron - Looks ok
2. Pentium M 1ghz - I think this is best , should be Pentium 3
3. Centrino 1ghz - now i dunno about this Anyone know any reviews who compare mobile CPU i can't find any
4. Transmetta 500+ - Witch is crap im sure :p

Advice and some pointers to benchamrks greatly welcome :D

I don't know where to find benchmarks, but of the CPUs you listed the centrino should be the fastest. I remember reading some reviews when it first hit the market (don't remember where) and clock for clock the centrino is faster than the Pentium 4M.

Interesting , problem is Pentium 3 clock for clock is faster then Pentium 4 also :p heh dang will have to look for reviews harder , but i suppose Centrino 1ghz should be faster then 1ghz old P3 :thinker:
