for compatible nForce2 boards a dynamic 'overclocking' utility that lets you make BIOS adjustments on the fly... for compatyible NF3 mobos a nvRAID utility and nvFirewall utillity.... and finally for nForce and nForce2 boards a new control panel for the audio drivers (MCP and MCP-T) called nvmixer.

The program/interface you are talking about is actually called the "NVsystem utility". Do a google search for it...

Me thinks it will be very soon. They just put this empty folder up on the ftp site:

ftp://download1.nvidia.com/Windows/nForce/systemutility/

malachi: yup that's what it's called alright.... I should know seeing as I am testing it ;)

xgman: that's been up a while but it still isn't ready yet... the partners don't have fully compatible BIOSes yet

Mullins: nvSystem Utility is for nForce2 boards with suitable BIOSes... apart from the 'new detonators' all forceware software (as far as I have been told, have seen and have so far tested) is for nForce boards only.

uhhh, .. I'd like to test it on my SK8N NF3 board? Seriously, all the partners will never all have fully compatable bioses. They should just release it for those that do, or at least or we will be waiting for ever.

heh it's coming slowly but surely... most of the functionality works under my Asus A7N8X-DLX..... quite handy really....

dunno if the NF3 boards have the BIOS hooks in them actualy... will have to ask te nForce driver/software guys...

ah well - back to 'work' at the other board :p

the asus fx940 board (SK8N) has even multiplier adjustments and fsb in bios. I hope the progy will allow these to be set in windows. I have heard that the progy will only do what the bios would allow within it.

Okay... I've had it confirmed..... apart from the Raid utility (which will be suitable NF3 only) all ForceWare software will be for both NF2 and NF3 boards.
