I am glad you are happy with the card, 9700 Pro cards are stellar, Even in there age they just literally murder whatever is thrown at them
I don't remember how I downloaded it as it was several days ago. It is amazing that over a year after it's release, the 9700 Pro is still near the top of the charts. And these cards have really held their value. People are still paying over $300 on Ebay for the same card used. I couldn't even have purchased a used 9500 non-pro (red PCB) on EBay for what I paid for this card from Newegg.

Remember that the 9700pro and whatnot will be loosing their value come february tho. Nothing lasts forever, but the 9700pro has sure given a good run, and still is doing well.

I really wonder if it will lose all that much value. Sure perfomance is going to go through the roof this time around. But the 9700pro will still be pushing the serious FPS in the games comming out over the next 6 months it currently is. close to the current leaders of the pack.

Well I managed to get a copy. Could you do me a favor? And Run it With Anti Aliasing enabled? And tell me if AA is actually applied? On my Geforce FX 5900 it doesnt, I would with my 9500 Pro but its such a pain since its outta both systems right now ;)

The 9700 Pro has never ceased to amaze me from the day it was brought into this world.

Yeah, FSAA doesn't work for me either. Anisotropic filtering works though.

I know what you mean. I upgraded from a Radeon 7500 to a Radeon 9800 Pro. What a difference! :D
