Only Diamond card I had was a Diamond Viper 550 (TNT1) which couldn't run a stitch of 3d, though 2d worked like buttah. Needless to say I was unamused...

for me it worked sweet with all games especially when detonators arrived :D

It was the most stable card that i had ever seen at that time

Not a random lockup in games
while other companies like Matrox and 3dfx was sucked in game stability

Could never understand it. I assume there was just a hardware disconnect in the card somewhere, as it NEVER worked with ANY game. Didn't matter if it was OGL or D3D or whatever, the moment it tried to engage any 3D specifics it went to hell. <sigh> I just put my Voodoo2 back in and rode on 2D from the TNT and 3D from the Voodoo2 for a while. 'twer weird...

Never had another card issue as bad as that one, though I got a GeForce 256 from a friend who could never get it to work on his rig, while it worked generally fine on one of mine, but had strange issue on another. It never had the same response from any one computer. Hehe...
