Whhhaaatt? How did I miss this one? I didn't realise this had gone past being an idea!

Having said that, the cast and crew behind it don't inspire confidence. Not that I have high hopes for either franchise anymore.

Please tell me Paul W.S. Anderson isn't helming this. He makes some of the biggest crap in existence, his last atrocity being Resident Evil. Way to ruin another franchise.

Paul W.S. Anderson joins the ranks of such directors as Joel Schumacher (Batman 3&4) and McG (Charlie's Angels 1&2, and possibly the next Superman). Directors that I would love to shove in a rocket and fire into the sun...
