Hello,

I have the following common problem when i start ut2003 demo :

ascodas@debian:~$ /usr/local/games/ut2003_demo/ut2003_demo
Xlib: extension "XiG-SUNDRY-NONSTANDARD" missing on display ":0.0".
OpenGL renderer relies on DXTC/S3TC support.

History:

Exiting due to error
ascodas@debian:~$

I have the latest nvidia drivers.
Does XF86Config need a change ?

How can i resolve that ?

thanks you

Post your XF86Config-4 to the forum in the form of a txt file, and it will help in diagnosing the problem.

Off the top of my head, I'm going to guess that you need to re/install the GLX package from NVIDIA. And/or edit your XF86Config-4 to reflect the proper settings.

I resolve the problem by reinstall the kernel and glx driver for nvidia, and the game work well, the speed and the spite are reallly good.
