I recently switched motherboards on my second computer, But I never uninstalled The other Lan Card, Ya Ya, Stupid.

Anyway, I put the new motherboard in, Installed the Onboard Lan Card, And set my IP Up ect. Cept. The PC is not showing up in my workgroup. It's not connecting to the internet.

This is A Windows 2000 Computer.

I know for a fact it's not DHCP Enabled, And I cant for the life of me figure out how to enable it. I tried to do an ipconfig /renew and an /ipconfig /release with no Luck. I get the error "No Adapters Bound to TCP/IP Are enabled for DHCP"

Currently searching for a solution. If anyone knows it off hand let me know. I've never had a problem with my DHCP not working.

ok, you need to go to network connections, then click on the network adaptor that you want to dhcp

then get to the properties where you choose to have dhcp or specify an IP address, change everything to auto 'detect' witch is winders way of saying dhcp, then switch DNS to dhcp or autodetect.
