Are You looking to build, or a pre-built to add that card to?.
Anything slower that a Geforce 3, I'd suggest getting with a new card(which can also be done within Your price range).

i biuilt all this for about $1000.00 and got all parts except video card from newegg. i got video card from local bestbuy store

Yeah it's pretty easy to build a high end system for under 1G without video card and monitor :)
Might want to consider something like
Athlon 64 3200+ w/ ASUS K8V DELUXE
Pentium 4 3,2C w/ ASUS P4C800 DELUXE
Both are boxed and come with heatsink/fan, the Athlon 64 runs cooler and quieter if thats what you are looking for?, Pentium 4 has better overclocking potential but they are starting to run hot now.
