I want to know how to increase it to about 1.6GHz, that's about it. (My PWR supply would never support anything higher...)
You need to post your specs; what components you have such as psu, mobo, ram, etc....
Generally, overclocking a P4 can easily be performed by upping the FSB but even that is dependent on the above mentioned components.

The rest of your system specs would help.

1.5 P4? Looks like a Willy core. You can up the FSB in the Bios but you better have ram that can go to 110(440) and you will need to sit the FSB to 107(428) to get 1.6.
PS this will up the heat of the cpu so watch it because its a Willy core P4 and they run hot to start with.
just a warning, the Williamette P4's run pretty hot, make sure you got plenty of cooling before OCing that chip
hmm increase the fsb i guess. yeah make sure u have good cooling.

Not quite sure that it's worth the risk anyway. Any increases would probably be negligible.
