Why isn't GL_ARB_fragment_program supported yet..... :confused:

No vertex shader extensions either..

Soo far it looks like a dx7 class card, with a few modern extensions put on.

And with a 2048x2048 texture size limit, even though it's been generations since any card supports less than 4096x4096; not dramatic, but if that's an hardware limitation, pretty darn lame IMO.

The ATI Radeon 9XXX series only supports 2048x2048 in OpenGL according to the database at Delphi 3D. After a brief seach I found that the nVidia cards from GF3 and up supports 4096x4096.

correct, Radeons don't support anything higher than 2048x2048.

Slightly updated OGL drivers, still no arb_fragment_program.
Even XGI is better in this aspect, as you can see from the link below.
