Is the kyro 2 any good?
Well, would it be ok for someone who hardly games?
Are there drivers stable?

Is this a card you just have lying around somewhere or would you actually be spending money on it? If it's the former, the K2 will do just fine, offering between GF2 MX and GTS levels of performance. If you're going to spend money, I would advise buying a Radeon 7500 instead. It will offer better performance and be better suited for any gaming this person might do.

I wouldn't mind having one around to play with, at least. ^_^ Wouldn't be my first choice for operating with, but I like playing around with stuff. I have no doubt it would work fine for most things, though. They just released new drivers for them, so I imagine they're up to date enough for most people.

I have a friend that has one he is not using.
My other friend needs a card. :)
Is it worth 20 bucks?
How are there drivers on newer games?
Anyone here have one?

Heck, just about anything is worth $20. I'd pick up an old gerbil-powered NV1 just for ****s and giggles. ;)

Obviously he doesn't need to anymore, since his non-presence automatically gets people thinking about it anyway. ;)
