I see that there is a patch that adds agpgart for 2.4.20 kernels. Which, if any, kernels do not need a patch and already have agpgart for nForce2 built in.

the 2.6 test kernels don't need the patch anymore.
2.6test11 is the latest get it from www.kernel.org.

kernels 2.4.21 and above do not need patch also.
