Can I use digital out on Audigy with 4.1 system?

I'm currently using an SBlive with the FPS2000 digital speakers - this is a dumb question, but will these speakers work with the 6.1 digital out on the Audigy and Audigy 2?

Yes, your speaker setup is Digital so it will work fine with the Digital Out on the SBLive 5.1 and the Audigy.
