What a B@stard! Heck this is lesson to all to read the small print this is what he is actually selling;
I ask that everyone take time to read this auction listing. I am sending you an information package for making money in your spare time at home. This package provides you with real and legitimate ways to easily increase your income. Such ways include, filling out surveys by becoming part of a company's focus group. These companies will utilize your opinions to decide whether to market a product or not. After I recieve your auction payment, I will ship you a cd that contains all of the documentation and more. Included will be information about how to get the above mentioned product for a fraction of the cost. Once again to avoid confusion, I will be sending you a disk that contains an information package of sites that offer to pay you. Buyer is responsible for reading and understanding the auction listing. Because of this, full or partial refunds will be considered on a case by case basis, with no guarantee of refund for not understanding. If anything is unclear, please contact me, and I will explain in greater detail.
Sneaky son of a gun. How can u report this guy????

I got this reply from him.
Thanks. I appreciate your concern. However, I have already quit listing
any more auctions until I redo what it says. I have had too many people
that think they can bid without reading. It is plain and simple, but
everyone thinks I just type it up to just take up space. Also, I am
offering refunds to those that misunderstood. So now why don't you just
mind your business and get a life. It seems like you are one of those
people that think that everyone else on ebay is too stupid to understand and
take care of themselves. You want to jump to conclusions that I am trying
to scam people. Well I'm not. And I would appreciate it if everyone would
read first and not bid if they don't want the ebook. It would save me a
great deal of time and hassle. Which is why I have quit putting any more on
there for now.
Yeah hes not trying to scam people honest:rolleyes:
I so hope he gets banned...
I am waiting for the non-automated ebay email to come back...
wankers like that give the community a bad name...

Frankly, I don't care what you tell ebay. I didn't ask you not to. I'm not
threatened by that. And I already know you and probably others have lied to
people saying I'm scamming. But that is only your opinion. Like I said,
what does it matter where in the auction I say it. Noone in their right
mind should bid without reading the entire listing first. I explicitly say
what I'm sending. It is right there in front of you. It would only take a
few seconds to get to the second sentence to know. But I'll let you think
whatever you want. Just keep lying to yourself and ebay and all my bidders.
But as I said before, I have quit putting anymore on there until I do
change it up and make it look different so maybe all the morons will read it
first. I would be more than happy if only people that wanted the ebook
would bid. You seem to think that just b/c people are too stupid to read,
then that must conclude that I'm scamming. That is a bunch of bull.
I've given the retard the link to this thread, so hopefully he will come along and dish out some more bull**** for us all to listen to.
I'm sending you some information! Have a pretty picture of a monitor while you wait.
yah.. if you are giving out a flippin ebook.. LIST it as an ebook... that is the proper way of doing things...
when you start disguising the listing as being something its not to bait noobs... that is pure and simple FRAUD...
-edit-
he's been taken down

That'll teach the retard:D
edit: I just got a reply from him again
Umm...no...I did that just as any tv commercial, newspaper ad, etc would do.
You have to attract people. A beer commercial first puts girls in bikinis
and then shows the beer. A car lot shows a nice car in a newspaper ad, but
then when you go to the lot, they say it's already sold and try to sell you
something else. Likewise, I showed people a sample of the ebook, and then
expected them to read and decide if they still wanted to bid or not.
And a email from someone who was bidding on one of his items (I mailed the bidders too:D) who will no doubt be thrilled to hear he doesn't have to pay $200 for some crap:cool:

It's a scam pure and simple, but technically, he is right. It DOES say exactly what he is selling if you read it all. If you DON'T, then you get screwed. It's newb bait and it happens all the time. Remember the old PS2 scam where you were bidding on a PS2 empty box?
Same as the one where u bid on a PICTURE of an Xbox
