unlocking 9700 clock speeds

i have a 9700 non pro card is there any way possible to unlock the core and memory speeds?

I think you can use RivaTuner to unlock itso you can overclock it.Or at www.rage3d.com has in it fourms how to flash your Bios if you want to go that way.And on that XP2600 is that a true 2.9Gig and how did you get it stable that high or you useing at water cooler.
