View Full Version : NFS: Underground Music
Is there anyway known to change the music in Need For speed: Underground? Im just a young man that likes listening to Dance Music and not some dude screaming all day and since my Pc isn't fast enough to run a program such as winamp in the back while playing the games, im all out of ideas.
anyone?
I, too would like to know a way to change the music. Big Money Rolls just doesn't cut it for me. Too much mainstream rappidy nasty stuff. Static X and Crystal Method had the only two good songs :/
And the weird punk thing? ya gotta be kidding me.

For me, it's completely turning off the in-game music and queuing assloads of Iced Earth, Opeth, etc. into Winamp 2.91.
As far as I know there isn't any way to convert your music into the game's format.

Im halfway through the game, are those songs get unlocked somehow depending on where ur at in the game? I've only been hearing 6-9 of those songs repeatedly.
I think each track has a random list of songs... like on drag races I hear lots of the hip hop stuff repeated, and on the long circuit races static X, rob zombie, and some punk stuff are repeated quite a bit... and once in a great while "Too Slow" by Crystal Method (the only song on the demo) will play on any track.

I havent tried it yet but thxvery much.
You liked Nfs U music
I preferred playing these game with the Music OFF
The songs reminded me the 80's or 90's in a way and not even good enough
I saw an importer app for NFS:U on nfscheats.com. I was looking for it myself, but havent tried it yet.

i got the music importer from http://www.nd4spdworld.com/ and i imported a song into .asf like it sed u can to replace the games music but i cannot find were the music is located to replace it?
If its lanything like NFS:HP2, then that importer will work, but in HP2, you were limited by the number of songs, you couldnt have more than what the game already had, you you had to take out the songs you didnt want.

peh! the '90s were good i tell you!
Static-X, Rob Zombie, The chrystal method and to a lesser extent, Jerk are the only good bands who grace the game with their fantastic talent:p
Unfortunately the other crap seems to outweigh the good stuff.. they need a favourite song system like GT3, and the ability to turn off certain songs. That would only work if they arn't getting payed to have songs in their game that is:rolleyes:
Oh and '80's is good too! you seriously cant say you diddn't like at least one song in vice city?:afro:

The program for NFS:HP2 and NFS:U came from one of the NHL games, it can make .asf's, however, to import them, you have to check the ini and match them up.
