Need some suggestions

Ok, I am in the market for some new memory, since I just got my X-mas bonus. I've got roughly 1200 clams to use, and I was thinking of taking this time to upgrade my RAM. Right now I have PC2700, since it was all I could afford at the time. Now since I have the money, I am thinking something along the lines of PC4000, possibly something in the Corsair XMS line.

What I would like is any recommendations of which module to buy for my P4P800 and anyone's experience with PC4000 memory. Oh, I might add I am wanting to get the PC4000 so I can overclock too. Right now I am sitting at 3.25Ghz and I am wanting to get serious with it now. I have the cooling to do it, just never had the RAM. I was a bad boy, I spent last years bonus on a Prometia Mach II unit (I know, I'm a *****, bad me, SHAME!) instead of opting for faster memory and getting the Prometia this year.

Any, suggestions, experiences, please do share :)

I like most people am partial to Corsair. I never have had a problem with them.
