I need a new tv and was wondering which to get either a 20" Flat Screen or a get regular 27" TV. Can you help me out?

I've got a Philips 42" 16:9 Widescreen Plasma HDTV in my living room, and a 21" Panasonic in my bedroom. Love both of them, especially the Panasonic, cause it has the proper jacks for my X-box (in the front too).

Honestly, it depends where you are putting this TV. If it's in your bedroom the I say go for flat screen. It saves ALOT of space, although it is very expensive compared to a regular TV. If it's for your living room or another room, go for the regular TV.

Just my personal preferences. :D

Look into Toshibas. Very nice TVs. Check out the TV forums. Look into what peole are sying their problems are. This is great help.
