WARNING:

BACKUP YOUR CURRENT PROFILE AND UNINSTALL ANY PREVIOUS OPERA VERSION BEFORE INSTALLING 7.50

I like the interface of this Opera much better than any previous version. Only thing that bugs me is that if you turn off the side panel, close down the browser, then restart it, the panel reappears.

Other than that, this is by far the best version of Opera I've used.

That's a known issue. Remember that 7.50 is an early alpha development.

I know. :)

That was part of my point. For an alpha, this browser is quite good. I'm finding myself using it instead of Mozilla as my alternative to IE. Granted I still use IE if I have trouble with another browser but that's not very often any more.

It's still no faster than IE or Mozilla, but it actually is doing a better job on some "trouble" sites than Mozilla is right now.
