Hehe, honesty is the best policy. I remember one time my friend said he called Sierra tech support because he couldn't play the AvP2 expansion that he bought (the copy protection was apperently incompatable with his CD drive), and he said that the Sierra rep told him to "go to megagames.com and download the crack" :D . At least they're being helpful!
