If you like the KaZaA network then use Kazaa Lite; otherwise most p2p apps anoymore come loaded with spyware. WinMX would be about the only other major p2p app that doesn't like spying on you, but from my experience it is much slower than the Kazaa network.

Yeah thanks to Dig, Im also into the bittorrents now when Im looking for some demos ;) do a search for Burst to use with bittorrent files.
