there is this program called Xenesis and Xzsnes that allow you to play Super Nintendo roms and Genesis roms on the Xbox, BUT you need an Xbox Modchip to put files on the harddrive. Is there anyway... via lan.. or something where you can somehow transfer this onto the Xbox with out an mod chip

There was some UNIX/Linux based ISO that once inserted into Xbox would reboot and run it as an almost normal PC. Personally I decided to go a different route. I have an old P3 1ghz, with GF3 and 512 ram sitting in the livingroom. I ordered PS2 to PC USB converters online, and installed various Emulators on that old machine. With GF3, i hooked up the PC to my 36" TV, and now im just sitting at work, waiting for them damn PS2-to-USB converters to arrive so I can fire up Samurai Shodown and Medal Slug!!!

Samurai Shodown is one of the best fighting games Ive ever played. The way the battles are orchestrated, is fantastic. The 3DO version was really fun.
Someone beating you down, all of sudden, you pull a foward flip with the sword, and then pause for the final blow. :)

If they made Samurai Shodown today, just at that final blow, they should have written across the screen, OWNED!" spelled out 1 letter at a time, fairly quick. :matrix:

Just picturing this, after you deliver the final blow, in my mind, it's hilarious. :rofl

It is Shodown, and I was in a rush to get home, hence the typo.

Yes, there is a way to do it. No, I don't know how off the top of my head. If I remember correctly, it involves a buffer overflow in 007: Agent Under Fire that you exploit using a saved game and a USB hard drive. That's the basic premise--use the power of the Force. (www.google.com)
