What are safe over clock speeds for a 9500pro/stock fan&sink

Right now im benching it at 371.3core/303.8mem.

Should i keep trying for higher core speeds?
There arn't any artifacts yet, but am i safe.
I saw 9700pro overclocks reach almost 400mhz.

mem i think is as high as im gonna get it.

I don't no what a safe overclock would be,I had mine to 401/290 and still did'nt have no artifacts but since I just got it ,I would hate to fry it.

yes, your is a 9800pro, it can clock way higher than a 9500pro....

I have a 9800pro but right now I am running my 9500Pro in my computer ,I have ran my 9800pro at 450/390,but I run it at default speeds ,I only overclock when I am benchmarking.
