View Full Version : use pen drive + mp3 player

I found that there's a new product which is a combination of mp3 player +
USB 256MB ram storage in a single pen. But what's the 256MB ram for? Is it
sharing between the mp3 player and the storage? Thx.

256 mb isn't exactly a lot of space. You'd be better off ponying up for a hard drive-based player because those will afford you anywhere between 1.5 and 40 GB of storage that can be used for music and data together.

We have found that the combo based flash disks and mp3 players are good, but only if you dont have fast net access between your school/work and home. But, they really double up hwen you plug in a stereo to car adaptor and play mp3s in your car (assuming you have no cd player in there).
