Here's the deal, my computer science teacher had his MX700 combo stolen, except for the actual mouse (don't ask:rolleyes: ).

I've got a cordless Navigator Duo SE and thus I wanted to try to use his mouse with my "sensor". The MX is much cooler than the one I have, plus it has all those nifty buttons.

The problem, you might ask?
I can't get it to work. I've downloaded the latest iTouch and Mouseware with no luck.

The question:
Is it possible to use the sensor that comes with my keyboard, but use the MX mouse instead?

Yea it probably won't work. They only way would be if you had the cordless kb that comes in the cordless mx duo, no other kb's would be able to connect the hub.

From logitech support:

Q: Will the MX700 mouse work with any of the earlier cordless mouse receivers?
A: No, because older cordless mouse receivers used older RF technology. Since the MX700 uses Fast RF technology, it is only compatible with C-BF16-MSE cordless receiver.

FACK!
