The nvidia instructions are clear enough. Where do they trip you up? But this isn't the correct forum to discuss them.

There is a thread I followed in the linux and nvidia graphics forum that helps you along. But for the most part read the Nvidia readme. You also need teh kernel source for your kenel installed on your system.
