Surprisingly i need a format app.

Hello. I have just come to the conclusion that embedded Windows XP format utility is bad, very bad. I need to format some floppies (yes, they still exist) and i need format to mark entire tracks bad when it encounters bad sectors (don't ask why i don't just discard those ones). WinXP's format just marks individual sectors bad, which i don't like. Several old ms-dos format apps do not work, due to direct disk access. Any help?

Partition Magic's bootup disk formatting is quick and efficient.

For those times when annoying pesky friends ask me of something, i will put it on a damaged floppy, because i know i won't be getting it back LOL! :D
