Hi, I saw the press release the other week. Is it true I can run more than two displays from a single card:
"Available immediately in Intel Pentium4/Xeon based HP workstations, the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 280 PCI is a small form-factor, dual-head graphics board that can act as the main graphics head for PCI-only systems, or in combination with other PCI and AGP 8X boards, drive up to 16 high-resolution digital flat panels from a single computer. The NVIDIA Quadro NVS 280 PCI features a single, high-density DMS-59 connector, which provides tremendous flexibility for dual-analog and/or 1600x1200-resolution digital flat panels."
Or do I have to buy multiple cards? Also, what relation does this card have to the AGP version? It seems there already was a NVS280 out.
thanks,
