I bought a BFG FX 5900nu from these guys, and it was DOA.
Called them and they were out of stock and would not give a refund, even tho' they sent a bad card (they wanted 15% restocking fee and $6 to cover their "free shipping" on the original) - can you believe the nerve of these guys. They were outright rude on the phone like it was my fault, and basically told me to send it back to the manufacturer under their warranty
Then I find out that all these are supposed to be shrink-wrapped at the factory.... mine wasn't so I think they send me one that had been RMA'd to them already.....
They suck.... who would send you a bad card and they try to charge you 15% for the pleasure, after you have wasted a week of your time and several hours with different 'puters, drivers and power supplies trying to troubleshoot it.
BFG technical support was much better though... hopefully they will have me a working card in a few days.
Seems like I'm not the only one that is upset with them though....
