I read a report about the IDF 2004 on tweakers.net which stated the NV4x-line to have native PCI Express:

http://www.tweakers.net/reviews/456? in Dutch though ;)

I think the refresh NV4X were to be native PCI Express no? NV40 is I think IIRC an agp gpu with PCI-ex (HSI) bridge.

Anyway, not entirely a big deal as erm there are no PCI-Ex mobos etc...won't be till most likely q3 in its fullest marketing swing. And thats when NV's full line of Native PCI-ex cards will debut....

Well that could be possible, they didn't get into much details, but it seems logical to support agp for some time first.
