Debug? No just bloody close it

Does anyone know how to stop windows doing its debug thing when a program crashes. I close it as usual and press end task but then it won't end because I get a little box popping up saying something to the effect of the program cannot be closed if it is been debugged. I then have to restart to get rid of the program:rolleyes:

Any ideas?

Have you tried Black Viper's site? I tried to check but for some reason the site is down right now.
