I have a question...
i have a Geforce 4 ti 4600....
and i was wondering what will happen if i install Quatro display Drivers?

If the INF file lists your card you should be okay. I try them every once in a while but don't really notice that much of a difference. I'm not sure if they support all cards by default or if the ones at places like Guru3D are using a modified INF file so that they support all cards.

well, in the INF file i found this
NVIDIA_NV25.DEV_0250.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4600"
under Localizable Strings


do you know how i can get in contact with NVidia tech support... ?

I'm not sure there is a direct way to reach customer support. Since they don't sell directly to the end user I think you're supposed to go through whoever made your card (like pny, evga, gainward, etc.). I did see someone mention support@nvidia.com recently but I've never tried that and I'm not sure if it is valid.

You should be okay though since it's listed in the INF file. The only problem occurs when it doesn't know what your card is (and that shouldn't be the case for you). The drivers themselves work fine on any card. BTW, I recently tried the Quadro 53.13 drivers while I was playing around with nvidia's FX Composer. Anyway, it may be really slow for some things since you don't have a quadro but things should run.

what i realized is that it install certain things acorrding to your graphic card...

i didn't run any games on the quatro drivers....
but few min. ago i runed Tom raider Angel of darkness and i realized once there was a problem with the graphics....or maybe its the game.... any way it was waste of money getting it.... My Driver is the normal 53.03...
the game play... is really bad...

I didn't really notice that much difference gaming-wise but I only tried a few games this time around. It is usually just a little slower in games.

Heh, I got TRAOD for free with my latest sound card but even so it didn't stay on my hard drive for very long. I thought people were exaggerating when saying it was bad but I guess they were right.
