all of todays games can already do 1600x1200 max details on a 9800 pro. Doom3 will be the only game so far that I am aware that will need an nv45(wasnt the nv40 cancelled) to fly at 1600x1200 with all eyecandy maxed out. Not sure about HL2, but from what I hear, a 9800 pro or fx5950 should easily run HL2 with everything on. Best to wait for doom3 to come out and test it with what you got before buying anything new

OMFG, can you get more arrogant?!?! You're telling the mod who warned you who they should warn and for what reasons? FFS!

Anyway, back to the topic at hand, the way 3dmark03 is scaling and the brags coming from some of the companies, I'd say we might just see a 20,000 score in 3dmark03...

Can't wait to find out. :D

Edit:
I would rather think it was better to discuss the theoretics of nv40 and it's related speculated performance in games like Doom III, HL2, CMR4, Far Cry etc

maybe also Pandora Tommorow. That game seems to use a lot of shaders and Danny Lapage has been getting the fuzzies ofr PS3 ..at least in B3D forum

meh.. cheating is cheating..

/me knows muya cheats all the time and is really jen hsung in disguise...

if the dead horse don't complain... smack that b!tch up some more I say...

A troll, who has caused every thread where he participates to turn into a flame-fest is whining, because a big bad mod asked him to tone down? Oh the irony.

If caught, what is the punishment by someone breaking his NDA? losing your job and house?

If caught, what is the punishment by someone breaking his NDA? losing your job and house? It can vary quite a bit...all depends on what company you signed it with and regarding what details you agree to not disclose. Not a wise move in any case to break one. I've signed NDAs with my clients and the ramifications in the typical business world can be serious (i.e. legal action, revocation of licenses, etc).

In short, don't try this at home kids. ;)

Assuming that cebit day 1 might be NDA bye bye day I checked tomshardware to see if anything has appeared . Toms tends to use German time for expiration of NDA's which sometimes is a bit earlier than propper ;) LOL

Also checked xbit and digit-life and nothing yet.

It is now 8.30 ish in Germany so might be something in 30 mins, which also would be midnight, aka 18th, EST in the USA.
