I got a Geforce FX 5200 128DDR1 by XFX. I wanna over clock this since my bench marks are pretty crappy (740@ 1024x768, rest at max) latest. Video games go good for me, but no like crazy good. I either gotta play at 800x600 with details full or some medium...or 1024x768 at everything low...or for games like halo like 640x480....any suggestions?

Overclocking that particular card is going to do jack squat for your performance, especially (based on your benchmarking scores) since it looks like you got yourself a 64-bit 5200, which is about the worst video card you can buy right now.

Return it if you can and if you're on a budget, you can buy a GeForce FX 5700 non-ultra for less than $130. Those cards are monster overclockers. Or better yet, pick up a GeForce FX 5900SE/XT/non-ultra. www.buyxg.com has an eVGA FX 5900SE for $170 on sale until 10 a.m. PST tomorrow.

I also noticed that you're running SDR memory, which also will have a huge factor in killing your gaming performance.
