Also, I've only heard of Alpha, Delta and Gamma "Chromes"... is Omnichrome a Delta-based card with lots and lots of inuts and outputs?...

The card may look nice but the GPU itself is crap.

Hey just look at the ApeXtreme console which was supposed to use S3 technology : Apex finally realized how much the Deltachrome sucked and they decided to put an nForce2 with integrated graphics instead.
If Apex decided to switch camps now after signing an agreement with S3, don't you think there must be something wrong with the Deltachrome for them to do so?

No need to show me links to the existing Deltachrome reviews available on the net : I will only start to believe what a review says when the website isn't flooded with S3's ads and propaganda (how do you expect a review to be independant when they are being sponsored?)

Omnichrome is supposed to be a PS3 VS3 compliant card.

S3 have one thing in their favor.. They can hardly be worse than XGI :p
