grab a ti4200 to hold you over then you can choose the r420 unless the nv40 really is 16 pipes which im skeptical now

If anything the competition this round will be close. I do not think anyone will walk away outright. 2 more weeks for NV40 and maybe a few days more for R420. Then we will all know. Till then I cannot nor should anyone else "suggest" one or the other is better.

Inq is just backtracking from so many backtracks they have made. It is clear like the general public (me included) they have no idea how a gpu works.

If the general public knew the Inquirer didn't know what they were talking about we wouldn't have all these threads discussing what the Inquirer says.

yeah i think no more new specs being leaked...its sorta has dried up on the rumour front.

Probably because the real specs have more or less been posted :)
