I have 128 MB TI4200 Siloru Abit Graphics card. ive been playing Far Cry on the card (fps isnt bad even on good res levels, bloody good card for its spec/age) .. although the GPU must be getting very hot as I get strange graphical gltiches & system lock ups. If i play ghost recon which is less intense on graphics it will play fine but will get some graphical glitches. I know its the GPU heating up as after a cool down & reboot its all good for about 30 mins & then plays up.
The fan on it isnt all that and can sometimes slow-up.
1. Is there a utility that can measure Nvidia cards GPU temperature, I have a similar util for my Asus motherboard which gives fan speeds & temp etc, can anyone point me in the right direction?
2. I dont think im in warrenty to get replacement on the card, its fine apart from crappy onboard fan, is there any GPU fans you can buy that fit Nvidia graphics cards, or are they all different dimensions?
All tips & help would be great.
Cheers.
