Anyhoo i have been looking to upgrade my audigy, not sure if i should go for a A2ZS, or wait for audigy 3, but i dont have pci express so hmmmm.

You wont regret the Audigy2 ZS one bit. Its not like your spending hundreds of dollars for it... i say get it and enjoy it until you have a pci-e system

I did buy some nice logitech speakers, but i just dont know if there is really a diffrence from my audigy to a audigy 2 zs. heh.

Furthermore if cretive does go to pci express that means they could make a card with dolby encoding capabilities right?

ther is a better sound to noise level and 7.1 support and thats about it between the 2 of them

I tell yeah what i gone from an Audigy Gamer to an Audigy 2 ZS abd there was a noticable diffrence in sound and thats with cheap Inspire 5.1 5300 speakers!

A2 have better DACs than what they have on the A1, so sound quality overall will sound better.

I've heard people on these forums saying that Audigy 2ZS sounds quite a bit better than the original Audigy 2.
