Nothing happens if you break NDA in the right way of course
Here's a very good way of breaking NDA with no come backs
http://www.hexus.net/content/reviews/review.php?dXJsX3Jldmlld19JRD02NDk=
5700U NDA broken completely and maybe the worse they got was a pat on the back from the company who's NDA they "broke" ;).
That is very clever work by two party's.
Lets hope someone can swing it again this time.

Well it depends on the NDA, just read it and see.
But basicly here is what can happen.
Most people who get NDA's in the first place are reviews etc who get free stuff from the company.
If you screw them over eg release info/benches to draw attention to your site before everyone else, they can simply blackball your website and you will never get any new info/sample products from them probly other companies too.
so basicly your website can just go out of business

Right... the worst thing if one violates an NDA will be shot and sort the body, put them in black body bag. Then removed all NDA in their possession, clean it and make sure the NDA leave it intact. :bounce:

Worest case is they sue you for several millions of dollars ( Hey you could be handing out the verilog code for their chips I never said what NDA stuff ) and/or they won't send you future NDA stuff or give you free stuff.
BTW I have heard of someone being threatend with atleast hundreds of thousands of dollars (though I'm pretty sure it was millions ) in damage for disclosing NV stuff though he didn't acquire the private confidential details legally either oh and of course criminal action too.

the worse that can happen? my take:-
1)SWAT storms your house
2) you get arrested and spend d rest of ur life with al qaida prisoners in the prison in cuba, (i forgot d name, please tell me d name)
3)you are invited to appear on jerry springer show
...those under NDA could pass info to those not under NDA...so that those not under NDA could post the info
