Hello. I have an Epson LX-300 printer at work (9-pin dot-mattrix printer). And i am running both W98SE and Win2000 (as terminal server client). Anyway, i've found out that the printer outputs better results (text appears crispier /bitmaps appear a little better) when 120x144dpi resolution is selected (default) when compared to highest maximum of 240x144dpi. I don't get it. why is this? As far as i know, higher resolutions should yield better results. :screwy:
