My 5950 Overclocks { THIIIIS MUCH }

I'm just trying to get a feel for how many ppl OC their top-of-the-line card, so do you?

Its a refrence NV38 from MSI .... O/Ced to 521/1021 . can go higher i guess , but i dont have the proper cooling .

I have overclocked my 5900nu flashed to a5950u at 532/1.06 and it ran stable, at least as far as all the regular 3dmark.... and aquamark3 test go.!!

normally run it at 300/500/1000 as a precaution against the unknown.!!

runs cooler than my original 5900nu!!

I dont think your poll has good numbers. Should be more like 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, etc. I would say most overclock more than 20Mhz, so the results wont be of much help.

what I was getting at is Gigabyte sells a +20MHz pre-OC'd 5950U, and I want to know if it's all hype, or does every 5950U go 20+MHz on the core...
