hey folks,
Just wanted to know if there is a program to identify the speed of DDR ram modules.ie mhz or pc ratings I have Sisoft sandra 2002 but i can't find a module that identifies speed of the ram modules. I have a new MSI KT4-ultra motherboard (KT-400) and supposedly pc2700 samsung ddr memory (cas 2.5), and this setup gets slower marks in sisoft memory benchmarks than an Asus A7V333R with pc 2100 samsung ddr memory(cas 2.5). So I was just curious as to whether i got swindled or.....shouldn't have...came in a neat box :)
anyway any suggestions is appreciated.

Don't trust Sandra...even Corsair says that the results in Sandra are essentially garbage for high-speed RAM testing.

cheers Pelly but, I am more worried about why my pc2100 DDR memory modules on a kt333 chipset motherboard gets better benchmarks than my pc2700 memory modules on a kt400 chipset based motherboard ! :) strange that. I have also read ppl comment that Sandra aren't really fair when it comes to certain benchmarks between competing standards or technolgies .
